Tax advice is secured in cooperation with our external tax advisor Mgr. Bohumil Herout, licence no. 513.

The tax advisor cooperates with our accountants when preparing clients’ accounting records. Where lack of clarity or deficiency exist, clients are recommended an appropriate solution in order to allow them to respond in time. The purpose of this cooperation is to prevent emergence of tax risks.

If requested, the tax advisor cooperates directly with our clients.

The tax advisor prepares his opinion in writting.

This services of our tax advisor can be divided into two areas as follows:

• Advice

The activities are performed based on the client’s request or accountant’s recommendation.

This scope of service represents the provision of legal assistance in the area of taxes and fees and in matters which directly concern tax, for example:

• preparation of opinions, analyses and recommendations as regards specific client problems
• preparation and completion of income tax returns, VAT returns, etc.
• dispute settlements with the Tax Office and representation of clients in particular cases

These projects can be carried out based on a contract for work.

• Power of attorney

Where clients require so, our company representative or the tax advisor may be authorised to represent them fully or partially in specific acts in relation to state authorities.
